First let me say, I love dark sites, but that is just a bit too dark combined with the small font.

Second having the chatbox at the top has two issues. Ss the page loads that is placed at the top, not the first message of the forum, youw ant the threads to be the main focus of your players. Second it draws the eye away from everything due to the dark skin and the brighter chatbox. If you could somehow limit it to one page, like the front or place it in a forum on it's own.

Third empty boards and a low post count tell new players that there is no story going on. Post something in each board to help the rp start.

The concept looks good. Your inital introduction to what the site is was easy for me to find and read and get a good grasp of what you expect. Keep it up. and maybe lighten your font color a bit or make it a bit larger even.

I'd switch the font to a much lighter gray.
I like how you've linked the forum's icons with the title of the forum - well done there.

.. is still dark and hard to read. The shout box seems to be the main focus of the site due to the lighter color. I would probably get rid of the shout box, or put it as a link on the main page that has to be clicked to be opened.

I would also brighten up the titles of the links. I can't read some of them. like the read before posting. Maybe you should make it bold or a shade or two lighter. In general I would still lighten up the fonts on the whole site. There are too many areas that are hard to read...
