What would be a good place to recruit potential staffers? I'm looking for an extra staffer or two for my site and would like to know the most appropriate place to post it. Thanks!
But have you asked for staffers from among your player base first? Sometimes bringing in from outside is a good thing, sometimes it can cause some ill will. When you DO find the best place, perhaps in the same place one recruits players I am thinking, be sure to post what the job entails. That way, you are less likely to get people who cannot make the time commitment or do not have the depth of understanding your particular game needs.
